Stephan Bause

Stephan Bause is a member of the management board of the holding company noventic GmbH, with specific responsibility as CFO for Finance, Controlling and M&A.

Before he joined noventic GmbH, Mr. Bause had been working since 2012 in various roles for ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, a leading European media group. Most recently, as Managing Director and CFO he was responsible for the operation and ongoing development of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s TV and digital entertainment platforms. In addition, Mr. Bause played a significant role in driving the digital transformation of the media group by repositioning the digital division NuCom Group as well as through various M&A transactions.

Prior to that, Mr. Bause worked for the investment banks Lehman Brothers and Nomura, where he provided advice for several major corporations on a range of corporate acquisitions and sales, as well as capital market transactions. Stephan Bause holds a degree in business administration and studied at the EBS University for Business and Law. Mr Bause is married and has a son.
