Dr. Dirk Then

Dr. Dirk Then is a member of the management board of the noventic GmbH holding company and a managing director of KALORIMETA GmbH. He is responsible for the topics of synergy and transformation across the entire investment portfolio of the corporate group.

He started his professional career in 2003 when he joined DAW SE and moved in 2012 to Barkawi Management Consultants as Vice President. Before joining the noventic group, he worked for the Lübeck Possehl Group for five years in medium-sized affiliated companies as an operational managing director. Since December 2019, he has been responsible for the transformation area as central division manager at noventic.

In July 2020, Dr. Dirk Then was named managing director of the holding company noventic GmbH and KALORIMETA GmbH.

Dr. Dirk Then holds a doctorate in physics from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. He was born in 1973, is married and has one son.
